3.1 **Product Issues:** If there is an issue with the product you received (e.g., incorrect items, quality issues, etc.), please contact the vendor directly. The vendor is responsible for resolving any issues related to the products themselves.

3.2 **Resolution Process:** You should reach out to the vendor using the contact information provided on their profile or within the order details. Urban Goodz is not responsible for resolving product-related disputes.

**4. Delivery Issues and Refunds**

4.1 **Delivery Problems:** If you experience an issue with the delivery itself (e.g., late delivery, missing delivery, etc.), please report the issue through the app or contact our customer support team.

4.2 **Refund Process:** Urban Goodz will process refunds for delivery-related issues only. All refunds will be issued as credits to your Urban Goodz wallet within the platform. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to external payment methods.
